Plot
Storyline
Paul has been imprisoned for eight years for passing counterfeit money. When he discovers that his wife has remarried a wealthy man, he is outraged. He is more outraged when he learns his only son has no knowledge or memory of him.
Paul Boyer, a loving father, was imprisoned for ten years after trying to improve his family's situation through a counterfeit money scheme. When he is released, he discovers that his wife has remarried a businessman and is now leading a comfortable bourgeois life on Lake Lugano. Stripped of his parental rights, Paul spirals into obsession and spends his days watching his son Marc from behind the bushes. Since his former wife's new husband refuses to let him see his child, Paul decides to kidnap Marc and tries to get to know this boy for whom he is nothing but a stranger.
