Plot
Storyline
A young supermarket worker discovers that his older brother is a vampire and must choose whether to help him or slay him.
In Transylvania, while celebrating her bachelor party with friends, the Irish bride Sheila is bitten by a vampire. When she returns to Dublin, she bites the junkie Deco in the toilet of a nightclub and turns him into a vampire. The next morning, Deco is affected by the sunlight and looks for his brother Matt, who lives with their mother, who has banned Deco from the house since he was robbing it to buy drugs. Matt invites his brother in, hides him from Ma, and soon realizes that his older brother is now a vampire. He calls a physician to help Deco, but the vampire hunter Henry is hunting Deco down and posing as the doctor. When he is ready to stake Deco, Matt saves him, but he questions whether he should protect his brother or slay him.
