Lifetime-House of Secrets [2014]

Rich architect Sam grants his wife, painter and modern art critic Julie Manning, whose lawyer friend Kris successfully portrayed him as a bully, a generous divorce settlement, even insisting she moves into the dream house he built for them in Beverly Hills. Although she only plans to sell it for an obscene fortune, that requires finishing work, so the first handyman she bumps into by car, studly Tyler Jordan, is hired and constantly around, with his 'guard' dog Barney, becoming a close friend and lover on his home yacht. The gas man disappears into false paneling and strange things occur around the house, with malfunctions Tyler must fix, a lurker spying on the shower and secret cameras. After Kris is murdered, Tyler, whom the LAPD soon eliminates as suspect, insists to let him or at least Barney guard the house. After JUlie overcomes her claustrophobia to investigate the spy cameras network, the mastermind who eliminated a police guard must engage a bloody finale.
