Karen and Richard have a large budget but no luck when it comes to making a deal, so they enlist the help of Kirstie Allsopp in their search for a family home in the West Midlands. Having already sold up in London, the pair are desperate to settle down with their three children but Kirstie thinks it might be their very specific wish list that is the problem. Camilla and Liam are struggling to keep up with the fast-moving market and can rarely book viewings before properties are sold so they ask Phil Spencer to help them in their search for a property to start a family in. With Nurse Camilla often working nightshifts, the pair are struggling to fit in some house hunting, after some time with Phil there are two contenders but some quick decisions must be made to avoid losing out yet again.
