Kirstie and Phil catch up with two sets of first time buyers who took on the market with their help. Elly and Paul from Bristol enlisted Phil's help in 2015 in their hunt for a period home with two double bedrooms, a bit of character and some outside space for future cats. Phil managed to find one with a cat flap already installed for £25,000 under-budget, now he visits them at a different property to find they have upsized in more ways than one. Kirstie met Steph and Nick in 2018 who were looking to buy their first home together after seven years of living in their own parents houses. With hopes of finding a futureproof home for them to settle in to, Kirstie found them a property in Dennyloanhead that was perfect for them to make their own, she returns to find out just how that went.
