Decades after a childhood trauma at a carnival leaves him with a taste for blood, Luther earns parole despite his disturbing behavior. Equipped with metal teeth, he immediately embarks on a violent rampage, attacking strangers and eventually hiding in the trunk of Hilary's car. Hilary arrives at her secluded farmhouse, where Luther overpowers her and ties her to a bed. The tension spikes when Hilary's daughter Beth and Beth's boyfriend Rob arrive for a surprise visit, oblivious to the danger inside. Luther emerges from the shadows, isolating the group on the remote property as a slow-witted state trooper patrols nearby, completely unaware of the escalating nightmare.
