Ravi Khanna works for a travel agency and has a stable job living happily with his widowed mother,a wheel chair bound sister Renu and school going brother Billo he is in love with a wealthy Neela an marriage is soon on cards.Inspector Khurana is new officer in charge of Surendra Sinha missing case and comes to question Ravi as his body has been recovered from a manhole after six months and Ravi was last to meet him.Things are going well in Ravi's life but suddenly he starts suffering from headaches and finds he is suffering from brain tumor and needs surgery,but after the surgery chances of survival are minimal and could also lead him to comatose state. Ravi decides not to go for the surgery as he does not want to be burden on his family and frames himself for murder of Surendra Sinha and plots the murder events in such a way that his family also gets the reward amount of 5 Lakhs announced by Narendra Sinha to one who revels the killer.Ravi gets death sentence but while in prison he collapses and later gets operated for his tumor,while his stay in hospital he revels Neela and his lawyer friend Rane the reason he framed himself.In order to to find the killer and prove himself innocent Ravi elopes from hospital and the only person who can lead him to the killer is dare devil thief Michael D'Souza.
