Sarpanch Aaba Patil tries to control the village according to his rules over the years he has not made any progress in village but instead looted them.Two young stars Tushar and Sayili decide to raise the issue and make villagers aware that they should elect a responsible candidate Tushar along with Sayili and his friends Narya,Vishnu and Sandeep start their own panel where Tushar wins the election and becomes Sarpanch .Aabha reaches during Tushar's oath ceremony and asks to read the circular which says that during the tenure of Tushar there should not be any child birth in the village for two years or else they will loose their seat.Tushar and his panel start educating villagers regarding population control and sex education but a village Jogtin Zanabai turns pregnant.
