Storyline
A promotional video for Metallica's 1996 single "Mama Said."
Official video of the single "Mama Said", from the North American band Metallica, from the 6th album "Load". The letter, written by James Hetfield, talks about the difficult relationship he had with his mother, who died of cancer. The song was never presented as part of the Metallica's live repertoire. Hetfield performed this song live, however, using a single folk guitar with no drums or bass accompaniment. It was also performed along with country singer Jessi Colter at the Outlaw CMT Concert.
