In Mongolia, an American oil company is facing problems with the pumps that are overheating and the workers of her plant, after the disappearance of one of them. The manager Patrick is trying to negotiate some mysterious findings with the criminal lord Kowlan and his gang of smugglers, but they do not trust him. Patrick is pressed by his boss. Mr. Bixler, who will visit the plant soon because of the several problems.
