Episode description:
The Mini won't work anymore, so Mr. Bean is forced to sell it to the junkyard. Unknown to Bean, the owner removes the oil in the engine and steals it. Bean then buys a hot air balloon and paints it the same color as the Mini but when he sees the Mini on the road, he realizes that the owner stole it so he takes it back and is finally able to drive it again.
