Plot:
Friends Didi and Dede help the singer Cesar Silva (Silvio Cesar) to succeed in the artistic world. The singer performs on the television freshman show "A hora da Buzina", presented by Chacrinha, competes in the Brazilian Popular Song Festival, presented by Wilton Franco, and falls in love with the daughter of a record label owner.
