MP Amol Arte decides to encourage the students of Lucknow's King Edward VII High School, and even awards one student, Auro, who has been diagnosed with rare Progeria, which accelerates his aging, making him look about 65 when he is barely 13. This award creates unnecessary media attention for Auro, his mom Dr. Vidya, and his grandma; he sends an angry email to Amol, who offers to atone by taking Auro to Rashtrapati Bhavan in Delhi, but he fails to show up. Auto's life undergoes more changes as his health constantly deteriorates, but he must also deal with the face that he was born out of wedlock and that his father is still alive, out there somewhere.
