Plot
Storyline
The adventures of a restless martial arts student called Dragon, who, while constantly pursuing a girl, gets involved in the affairs of a gang of thieves.
Two happy go lucky best friends, Dragon and Cowboy, become rivals over a beautiful girl. While Dragon being good at various sports but a bit immature, tries to send a love note to the girl he likes via a kite but the kite lands on the roof of the headquarters of a gang of thieves. Dragon interferes with the gang's plans and is forced to fight off the gang but luckily his old pal Cowboy aids him in fighting off the crime boss thereby regaining their friendship.
