Facing the mangled wreckage of what used to be his car, Nathan stands at the side of a deserted serpentine mountain road. Feeling confused, the disoriented man soon makes a blood-chilling discovery: he and Daniel, another driver, did not survive the horrible accident. As Nathan struggles to swallow the irrevocable truth and accept responsibility for his regrettable actions, he must brace himself to leave behind his earthly body and loved ones. After all, Hell awaits Nathan for all eternity. There, in the sorrowful plains of bottomless perdition, he encounters other lost souls, including psychotic girls harbouring dark secrets, grieving mothers crushed by guilt, and infernal guides envious of mortality. Each wicked sinner carries a tragic past; the tormented spirits must face the irreversible verdict while awaiting the final judgment in the bowels of the unholy Pandemonium.
