Plot
Storyline
In a small Korean province in 1986, two detectives struggle with the case of multiple young women being found raped and murdered by an unknown culprit.
In 1986, a series of brutal murders shakes a small rural town in South Korea, leaving local authorities unprepared for the scale and complexity of the case. Detective Park Doo-man, relying on instinct and crude investigative methods, struggles to make sense of the crimes as evidence is mishandled and suspects are pursued through questionable means. As the investigation grows increasingly chaotic, a more methodical detective from Seoul joins the case, introducing a contrasting approach based on observation and analysis.
