Plot
Storyline
A rural white trash family in Sunrise, Illinois is forced to turn to a life of crime in order to send the family's teenage son to college.
In the rural town of Sunrise, Illinois, waitress Linda Bronco wants her teenage son Mike to go to college, but all summer after high school, Mike's dimwitted friend Lennie Lake has led him into trouble. The boys' life of crime soon involves Linda as well, as they need money for a lawyer (Lennie's charlatan grandfather, Ron Lake, whose trophy wife is the ex-girlfriend of Linda's latest lover, Brian Ross). When Ron fails completely at helping Mike out, Linda decides to send him to a private college, so she needs more money. After Brian gives them a tip that there is cash to be found at Mr. Snax, a fast food restaurant, it is robbery time. Then there are Suzi and Suzy, two young women who work at Mr. Snax and who each have eyes for Mike and Lennie. Is there a ticket out of the trailer park?
