Plot
Storyline
Fernando, a.k.a. Fernanda, a 19-year-old Brazilian with dreams of becoming a "real woman," travels to Milan, becoming a prostitute to to pay for a sex-change. Now Princesa, a mysterious alluring figure, she meets Gianni, a straight, married lawyer, who falls in love with her. It seems too good to be true...and it is.
Brazilian transgender woman Fernanda travels to Milan, Italy to meet her friend, Charlo, and to work as a prostitute, 'Princesa on the streets to raise money for sex-change surgery. Fernanda dreams of changing sex; of finding her prince charming, and living life as a normal couple. When Fernanda meets Gianni, a married lawyer, her dreams come true, or do they? Gianni falls in love with her, leaves his wife Lidia, moves into an apartment with Fernanda and finances the surgery Fernanda has been dreaming of. However, when Lidia visits Fernanda in their new apartment and tells her that she is pregnant. At that moment, Fernanda realizes that she would never be the "complete woman" of her dreams, and her relationship with Gianni won't last.
