A new girl named Dylan is transferred to a new school after her mom is put in a rehabilitation center for pain pill abuse. Dylan crosses paths with the high school meanie Tiffany and Tiffany sets out to make Dylan and Dylan's mom's lives a living hell when Tiffany finds out that Dylan is trying out for track and humiliates Tiffany in chemistry class. Tiffany also sits the place where Dylan was going to have her sweet 16 party at on fire because Tiffany planned to have hers at the same place and same date. Tiffany also resorts to murder to make Dylan's already rocky life more of a living hell.
