In 1989, in Postville, Texas, the Nazi serial-killer Andre Toulon, who designs toys, is murdered by the police. In the present days, in Dallas, Texas, the comic book artist Edgar Easton returns to his parents' home after divorcing his wife Jennifer. He works at a comic book shop with his Jewish friend Markowitz and his fans are waiting for the release of next edition of one magazine by Easton. The younger sister of his friend Mike, Ashley Summers, has grown up and still has a crush on Easton and soon she becomes his girlfriend. Easton finds a toy that belonged to his deceased brother found in a summer camp. When he reads that there will be a convention and an auction in Postville to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the death of Andre Toulon, Easton decides to go and invites Asheley to go with him. Markowitz self invites to go with them, and they check in the Brass Buckle Hotel. They go to a tour at the Toulon's mansion guided by Officer Carol Doreski and when they return to the room, his puppet is missing. The front desk Howie calls the police and when Detective Brown (Michael Pare) arrives at the hotel, the Nazi puppets begin a crime spree, killing Jews, lesbians, gays and gypsy in the hotel. How to stop them?
