It's no secret that people from the big city look at northern Florida as a backwaters filled with unpredictable and somewhat scary 'rednecks' packed into beat-up pickups drinking moonshine and waving Confederate flags. That's exactly how a New York modeling agent and his hot new client feel when their car breaks down in the middle of nowhere, miles away from everything but a strange rundown motel and a dive bar ruled by loads of leering locals and a scary alligator hunter, one of the best movie rednecks to hit the screen. While the off-putting antics of the locals at first seems excusable, soon the wild experience takes a scary and sinister turn.
