Plot Storyline
Tia and Tony visit Los Angeles, but he's quickly kidnapped by an evil scientist, leaving her to desperately search for him.
After escaping from the clutches of the greedy Aristotle Bolt in Escape to Witch Mountain (1975), the gifted extraterrestrial siblings, Tia and Tony, are finally free to visit Los Angeles as tourists. However, Tony's special powers grab the attention of the evil scientist, Dr Victor Gannon, and his equally dangerous assistant, Letha Wedge, who abduct him, intent on using him for one of their ambitious experiments. Now, it's up to Tia and a team of young defenders to find Tony and save him from the megalomaniac duo. Can they make it in time?
