Sanak follows a devoted husband whose world collapses when his wife requires emergency surgery at a private hospital. While she's in the operating theater fighting for her life, a group of armed mercenaries storms the facility and takes staff, patients, and visitors hostage. The invaders have come for a specific target, a hospitalized criminal whose testimony threatens powerful people, and they're willing to kill anyone who stands in their way. Trapped inside the locked-down building and separated from his unconscious wife, the protagonist must navigate the hospital's corridors and wards, using his wits and whatever weapons he can improvise to stay alive.
