Guru a small time car thief steals cars and sells it to Sharafat after getting them modified in garage of his partner Ganpat.Fauzdar an underworld don extorts protection money from film producer Kukreja and a builder Pachisia.Pachisia is running short of money to and gives a Crore to Fauzdar and calls Kukreja telling him that he wants to sell him his land for his studio at reasonable price now Kukreja is running short of money to give Pachisia.He asks help from Fauzdar who sends the money received from Pachisia to Kukreja with his driver Philip but on the way Guru steals the car and after modifying sells it to Sharaft and keeps the money with Ganpat in garage but the car is identified by Fazudar's men Suleman Supari.Guru is tortured to revel the place of hidden money but when he reaches his garage Ganpat looses his memory due to an accident now Fazudar gives Guru three days to return the looted money.Guru now comes across his ex crime partner Mona who had double crossed him in past now both plan to figure out on how to pay Fauzdar's money and save his life.
