Still reeling from a sudden loss, Cindy Campbell takes a job as a caregiver for a catatonic woman living in the infamous Norris House. But as history threatens to repeat itself after the events of Scary Movie 3 (2003), minor disturbances quickly escalate into a full-blown supernatural threat, introducing a pale, sad-eyed boy into Cindy's life.
