Daphne (a major KISS fan with a crush on the lead singer, Starchild) has roped the rest of the Scooby-Gang into attending a KISS concert with her at KISSWorld, their fantastic, over-the-top amusement park. But, when a strange glowing red witch attacks a few of the park's mechanics and scares off the customers, it seems the concert is off. It also seems that the Scooby-Gang have another mystery on their hands, this time aided by the members of KISS. But will Starchild and Daphne's constant flirting, Fred's annoyance, The Demon's reluctance towards teamwork, Scooby and Shaggy's appetite, and Velma's sarcasm prevent them from saving the day?
