The east coast of the US has been besieged by apocalyptic terrorist attacks. Best friends Carl and George take flight toward Canada. Eventually running low on gas, they seek supplies at an eerily quiet farmhouse only to discover a solitary farmer named Marbas Hiram. Before long Carl and George discover that Marbas is actually the crazed overseer to a basement full of women, some who worship him as a deranged Messiah. As Carl and George attempt to free themselves and the women, they discover the farmhouse is actually the gateway to Hell and that even an escape may not stop them from losing their minds! Evoking the hallucinatory style of Jess Franco, meets the savage intensity of early Wes Craven, Season in Hell is a surreal psychedelic homage to the 70's era of horror films.
