His other passion is turning tech startups ready to be bought, with his sister Jacqui as his right hand, current project being a gift suggestion app. At Chicago's masked Santa event, he has a mutual crush with Miranda, but a hasty departure means he's left with one glove, no coordinates were exchanged. They ignore she's running the rival app, but neither is doing well, so both are taken over by a conglomerate, which assigns her ex Grant to merge these apps into one.
