Plot:
Paragon, a young teen and the best and smartest boy on the backyard football (soccer) team, and his adventures. He escapes in a stolen canoe and doesn't drown, there's trouble with the police, his gang gets trapped by extremely dubious characters. He flees, he falls, and if he ever has a crowning glory, it will be in the final football match.
