Plot
Storyline
Recounts an expedition down Siberia's Ob River, describing the lives of coal miners, oilmen, tribesmen, politicians, black market traders, and others.
Siberian Odyssey is a 2006 documentary film that shows how the human and the animal spirit is tested under a variety of conditions. Humans and animals work together to achieve a noble purpose. Their interaction highlights the strengths of both species. Nicolas Varnier is an explorer who loves the outdoors. He wants to embark on a cross country trip through Siberia, under extreme weather conditions. The travels take Mr. Varnier from Lake Baikal in Eastern Siberia to Red Square in the capital city of Moscow. But he only has ten dogs and a sled. In his mind, nothing else is needed.
