After the deadly first encounter with the hairy army of arachnids in Spiders (2000), the brilliant scientist, Dr Grbac, continues to conduct illegal genetic tests on spiders in his state-of-the-art floating laboratory. Everything goes smoothly, until the stranded young couple, Jason and Alexandra, set foot in the open-sea vessel, and witness firsthand the scientist's hospitality. As wounded Jason is injected with unstable spider-DNA, he becomes the perfect host for his top-secret experiment, and Alexandra is next. Now, yet another multitude of killer-spiders is lurking in the ship's dark corners, feeding off fear and succulent human flesh. The hunt is on. Who can stop the spiders' feeding frenzy?
