Plot
Storyline
A storm causes some power lines to break and touch the ground, drawing millions of man-eating worms out of the earth, and into town where they quickly start munching on the locals.
As a violent storm hammers the sleepy fishing town of Fly Creek, Georgia, a sudden gust of wind topples a massive overhead power line, plunging the entire area to darkness. As a result, an uncontrollable power surge of thousands of volts electrocutes the subterranean colonies of local worms, giving birth to an unstoppable army of ravenous slimy earthworms hungry for the succulent human flesh. Now, it's nature's time to take revenge on the human species, as wave after wave of crawling predators devour everything in their path. Is there an escape from the plague of the killer worms?
