Now that the good times are over, Tony Manero has relocated to Manhattan to wipe the slate clean and pursue a career as a dancer. Determined to keep his promise to himself and Stephanie after their farewell in Saturday Night Fever (1977), the former disco royalty juggles real life and aspirations while waiting for his big break. After all, Tony's improved self is prepared to jump through hoops to prove that he has what it takes to go places. Instead, he gets the door slammed in his face.
