ave Saunders and Chito Rafferty are sent by their boss,cattleman Robert Dawson, to meet the stagecoach bringing in Dawson's friend, Chris Marvin, girl owner of an adjoining sheep ranch. Jess Rawlins, foreman of Miss Marvin's ranch, stirring up trouble to cover his own crooked operations, has notified her that Dawson was stealing her sheep. On the way to town, Dave and Chito seen sheep being driven onto Dawson's range by Scott, a Rawlins' henchman. While they are driving the sheep off they are overtaken by the stagecoach, and Miss Marvin believes Rawlins' story that they are rustling for Dawson. Rawlins kills Scott and charges Dave and Chito with the crime. Aftr escaping, with the help of Chito's dance-hall girlfriend, Ruby, they start the quest of clearing themselves.
