Episode 3 features ex-bouncers Scott and Malcolm who swapped the pubs and clubs of Derby to become hospital security guards 10 years ago. We also meet two nurses: Becki is a nurse on the neonatal ward, who forms a close bond with parents Keira and Dan who have been in hospital since their baby Jacob was born 14 weeks premature.
