Penniless and in pressing need of a gig, two friends and struggling musicians named Dave Anderson and Billy B while on their way to the Tampa Bar, a honky tonk country music joint, come across two sexy hitchhiking young ladies named Sue and Jan, who seem to be stuck in the middle of the desert. Apparently the girls' car has irreparably broken down, and since they have nowhere else to go, without a second thought they accept the boys' offer to pick them up, give them a ride and watch the show. However, Sue and Jan have not exactly been honest with Dave and Billy B, hiding the fact that not only are they working tonight at the same bar that the boys' gig is at, but that Mike, the Tampa Bar's sleazy owner and the deep-voiced lead singer of its resident country music band, has got something else going on besides the bar, and that all of his "waitresses" serve much more than just liquor to their customers. Eventually Sue and Jan, who both want out and are infatuated with the boys by now, attempt to escape and start a new life with them, but first they will all have to get past Mike, who is not exactly ready to give up without a fight.
