Plot
Storyline
Prostitute Sugar, set up by a corrupt politician, joins a chain gang led by Dr. John, who performs cruel medical experiments on his employees.
Sassy streetwalker Sugar Bowman is young and beautiful, and she knows it. However, her stunning looks won't cut it this time; framed for a crime she didn't commit, Sugar must endure two long years of hard labour in a vast sugar cane plantation to save her skin. Now at the mercy of the camp's depraved owner, Dr John, Sugar and the other inmates have no choice but to play along to make it through. But the caged wildcats are running out of time. How much longer must the chain gang women suffer before they find the courage to terminate the doctor's sadistic experiments?
