DCP Rajeev Kumar an upright and highly motivated Indian police officer witnesses a terrorist planted bomb explosion in a car due to which a girl selling flowers is fatally injured. This incident affects him deeply and he swears vengeance. His bosses assign him to go on a mission to locate and apprehend the guilty terrorists but later on due to unfavorable developments in the geopolitical area they ask him to abort mission.
