Rudi, a withdrawn and emotionally scarred teenage boy who has been abandoned by his mother and left to drift through a bleak, post-socialist landscape. Struggling with loneliness and a desperate need for affection, Rudi moves from place to place, encountering individuals who offer temporary shelter but ultimately fail to provide genuine care or understanding. His quiet, almost animal-like presence reflects a deep sense of exclusion from society. Rudi is eventually taken in by an older man who may be his biological father. Hopes of acceptance and connection surface, but the relationship remains fragile and emotionally distant. As Rudi's longing for love is repeatedly met with rejection, his internal pain gradually transforms into uncontrollable violence.
