Plot Storyline
It's Hogswatch (equivalent to Christmas) on the Discworld and the Hogfather has gone missing, requiring Death to take his place while his granddaughter Susan endeavors to find out what has happened.
On the planet of Discworld it is the eve of Hogwatch, the time when the Hogfather visits all the homes in the land and delivers presents to all the children. This year, however, there may be a slight hitch: a mysterious group, The Auditors, has hired the Guild of Assassins to kill Hogfather. Sensing the disruption this will cause, Death steps in for Hogfather in delivering presents.
