Plot
Storyline
A comic-book artist meets a woman on the NYC streets, but after a quick flirtation, she suddenly collapses and is picked up by an old ambulance. He checks all the hospitals in the area, but the woman has disappeared.
A comic book artist witnesses a woman collapse on a Manhattan street and watches her vanish into an unmarked ambulance. When the hospital has no record of her admission, his search transforms into a nightmare game of credibility versus conspiracy. Bodies disappear. Authority figures dismiss him as delusional. The ambulance keeps circling, hunting, erasing anyone who gets too close to whatever truth hides behind its red cross.
