In total disregard of the shocking DeFeo murders and the old mansion's horrible past, the unsuspecting Benson family moves into the infamous house on 112 Ocean Avenue in Amityville. However, the moment they set foot on their new property, death starts to surround them, and mysterious paranormal occurrences disturb the Bensons' peace.
