Plot
Storyline
When the Romans force a group of sex slaves to become gladiatrices, two such fighters - a Nubian dancer and a Gaulish priestess - form an alliance to lead the others in rebellion.
Kidnapped by Roman soldiers, feisty Nubian tribeswoman Mamawi and Breton priestess Bodicia find themselves at the slave market. Forced to enter The Arena, a deadly battleground in the ancient Roman town of Brundisium, the female gladiators must compete with other enslaved women. Now pitted against each other for the audience's entertainment, the fighters must outsmart the Romans to stay alive. Soon, the doomed women realise their only chance of seeing another day is to unite. But who will live, and who will die?
