Plot Storyline
A Nazi hunter in Paraguay discovers a sinister and bizarre plot to rekindle the Third Reich.
Tells a fictional story centered on a real life person, namely Dr. Josef Mengele, known as the Butcher of Auschwitz. It is no news to famed and aged Nazi hunter Ezra Lieberman that Mengele is living somewhere in South America. But his interest in Mengele is piqued when a younger and eager Nazi hunter, an admirer, informs him that he has learned of a plot directed by Mengele and his cohorts in Paraguay, partial proof which he provides, to kill ninety-four specific men in the next two and a half years for an unknown reason, all civil servants, all living somewhere in Europe or North America, and all sixty-five years of age. Lieberman goes on the labor intensive task of investigating the suspicious deaths of sixty-five year old civil servants including making site visits to question those survived by these men. He believes he makes a break in the investigation when he notices a similarity in two site visits, a similarity that cannot be by coincidence. Some more blanks are filled in when Lieberman learns of some scientific work that Mengele could have been working on in his goal of a resurrection of his vision of a modern day Third Reich. While Lieberman tries to thwart Mengele's plans, which in and of itself is a risk to his life, he runs into the further issue of a different agenda to his of an anti-Nazi organization, David Bennett of which who has been assisting him in the investigation.
