Storyline

Set in the Western Australian outback during the gold rushes of the 1890s. The film illuminates the forgotten history of Australia's 'Ghan' cameleers, comprised mostly of Muslim and Sikh men from India, Afghanistan and Persia, who traversed the Nation's vast desert interior and formed unique bonds with local Aboriginal people.
