Plot
Storyline
A demoted police officer assigned to a call dispatch desk is conflicted when he receives an emergency phone call from a kidnapped woman.
Joe Baylor, a demoted LAPD officer struggling to keep his inner demons at bay, finds himself embroiled in a white-knuckle roller-coaster ride when he receives a phone call from a distressed female caller. And as Baylor gives his all to piece together the information, the troubled 911 dispatcher soon becomes obsessed with saving the woman on the other end of the receiver in a race against time. Now, there's no turning back. But can Joe's unprofessional approach solve the time-sensitive situation before it's too late?
