Demanding, entitled, cranky movie star Madeline Stern meets extrovert, adventurer and free spirit Sarah on the worst day of her life: She gets aged out of her dream role, finds her husband cheating on her with his assistant, hears from her doctor that the lump in her breast needs further exploration, and discovers that the daughter she put up for adoption 30 years ago wants to meet her birth mother--and all of this happens before lunch. Who wouldn't want to leave town?
