Plot
Storyline
A microchip is implanted to reform a vengeful criminal. His psychiatrist gives him the treat of a lifetime by releasing him to society, but a college hazing incident leads to a tricky Halloween.
A prison psychiatrist, Dr. Judy Kreplach (Jackie Hoffman), prescribes a microchip to be secretly implanted into a dangerous prisoner, Robert Kewass. Barry Bryant (Terrell Carter), the inventor of the microchip is hated by Kewass. When Robert Kewass, wakes up from microchip brain implant surgery, he is the new man on Wonder Georgia University campus, where he is given the opportunity to re-invent himself under the watchful eye of Microchip Team leader Dean Ono Pointdexter (Miguel Nunez, Jr.). As a full-time student, Kewass fully integrates into college life, even joins a fraternity and makes new friends (Princess Love). Dean Pointdexter, an avid practitioner of male chauvinism on campus, fails to manage the microchip monitoring team. A series of suspicious events take place that severely compromise Kewass' microchip integrity. This all leads to the most disturbing Halloween night in campus history.
