In London, Kate and Justin live in the suburbs in a two-floor residential building with their cat. Kate is pregnant and has relationship problems with her estranged mother. When the couple Theresa and Jon Baker moves to the first floor, Kate and Theresa immediately befriend each other since they are both pregnant.
