Plot
Storyline
A man covering up a crime assumes a nosy neighbor may have seen what he did. He turns the neighbor's lives upside down to keep his secret. But is there more to his motive?
When Peter and Amanda move into a dream penthouse high above a beach town, watching the boaters in the water below becomes a daily event. When they by-chance meet one of the boat owners they've been watching, the paranoid man opens a Pandora's box when he wrongly assumes Peter has seen something he's trying to hide. The man becomes obsessed with the couple and turns their lives into a spiraling nightmare. Will a skeptical detective be able to stop it before it's too late?
